Easy to schedule, Grant & Riley were both professional, prompt and thorough. The report is easy to read, provides good recommendations and several pictures. I especially was appreciative for the drone footage of the roof and the video of the sewer scope. I would hire them again.

Grant was extremely professional. We appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail. The most impressive part, was when he took the time after the inspection to answer all questions and speak in terms that were easily understandable to the lay person. He reached out after the report just to confirm we had no further questions. We would absolutely recommend and use for future home inspections!

We worked with Riley, who was very thorough and professional. The report was very detailed with helpful pictures to explain things more clearly. Riley also happily answered all of my questions and put our minds at ease.

The team is very thorough in their work. They go through all aspects of the house you could want. There prices are affordable and worth it in comparison to other companies.

Highly recommend PacWest Home Inspections for your home purchase. Grant and Riley were very efficient, promptly set up everything needed. The final report is very informative and describes every minor inspected item in detail.
