ALOHA OR
To this day no one really knows the story of how Aloha got its name. It is often mispronounced but the local’s refer to it as Uh-LO-uh rather than the assumed Ah-LO-ha. It is a quiet, mostly residential community of over 50K residents split between affordable housing and high-end upper class neighborhoods. There are few shops and businesses in Aloha but it still remains a great family friendly suburb.
Located between Hillsboro and Beaverton it is served by both the Beaverton and Hillsboro School Districts offering many schooling options both public as well as private. The town library is run by volunteers and just further embodies the town’s rooted values.
