Zach
Inspector
Zach has been a Portland native for over 20 years. He lives on the west side with his wife and two kids. Being outdoors is where they find rest and enjoy each other. Their favorite adventures are camping and exploring the local farmers markets. Other activities Zach enjoys are home improvement projects. Whether it be planning, design, or simply seeing a project through, he really appreciates the process from beginning to end. He is also passionate about the art and science of mixology which is a hobby that feeds his service spirit.
Zach earned his degree from Portland State University in Health Science while managing restaurants and bars. It is through this environment that he became a master communicator and developed a skill in working with all personality types. After college he went back to work in construction, where he had some previous experience. He worked in the lumber industry managing logistics and material sales for 5 years. There he learned a lot about building practices, different materials and their applications and overall planning.
Zach’s knowledge of the building process and materials industry gives him a fresh perspective to home inspecting, making him an excellent resource for the PacWest team.
